Phone crashed during encounter, it was shiny. When i relaunched the app I couldn’t find where to go back to the encounter. Here is my journal that shows I got the reward but didn’t catch it and it doesn’t show like it ran away. For comparison I included my journal for the previous encounter showing the reward and the catch.

Did you go to the appropriate stamp rally page in your storage?
Click your avatar. Select Scrapbook. Swipe across from Postcards to Stamp Rallies.
Find the correct rally/lid and see if it offers you an encounter.
