You are already strapped for colors, and you added a joke category, making it more confusing?
Simplify the two “already in” categories, simplify the the “sure” and “maybe” categories, and merge the joke category with the “never category. Now you got six colors. People can understand six colors

The regions of the world that I would like to see as Pokemon regions are China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, California, Italy, Germany, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar and Australia.
