The Pokemons number lets you know the hour (If it's Charmander… it's 4 o'clock.)
Mew/Mewtwo cycle across the sky for 30 mins at a time. (If Mews in the middle of the sky, it's about 15 mins into the hour)

I have intentionally let the images blur rather than making them crisp, because it looks nicer when it's on the smaller watch screen.
Time was sped up considerably for this video, they do move a lot smoother across the screen when back at real time.
