Answering your question on why I didn't catch your Wild Charge on Dragonair: In my head at the time of play, Dubwool's Wild Charges were straight 3s rather than their actual 4-4-4-3 pacing. Therefore, I assumed Dubwool to have much more energy/charge moves loaded, and didn't want to lose both my Spiritomb and my Dragonair to almost back-to-back moves, since Lickilicky on Dubwool was no option for me either. Instead, I wanted to force energy, leaving Dubwool at -4 Def and either Dragon Breath down with Dragonair or get my Lickilicky on your Froslass. I never assumed Triple Axel on Froslass, that's really cool. And thank you for your feedback as well!
