I know Walrein is excellent for PvP with Powder Snow, Icicle Spear and Earthquake. Though I wonder if a lower CP with higher stats Walrein would be better.

I would be happy to use it, if I needed a shadow Walrein in my team.

Not the best ranked with those IVs, but Walrein is still a solid pick!
