I always see these big dynamax things but no basic raids, I tried searching for a campfire but it's still dynamax raids, why? I don't even know how I should get dynamax pokemons

Raids still happen in regular gyms. Dynamax battles are in things called powerspots. There is a tutorial special research called To The Max that introduces you to dynamax

Your first pokemon that can participate in max battles come from research. Get further in research and you’ll be able to do these. They’re not at gyms and they don’t replace regular raids. They’re a separate type of thing.
