I've said this a time or two. But I live WAAAAAAAAY out here. Up next to the Canadian border where everyone says "oh you betcha 'der Buddy", and there is genuinely not a Pokestop within 8 miles of me 😅. I've played for almost three years now, in that time I have literally encountered 27 Kecleon. And half of those were in New York for Go Fest lol. Safe to say, I won't have Jirachi's shiny for a few years.
