So abt 9 years from today I had got a deck of cards in which one of them was this one. Saw them again today and just searched this card on the net when I saw only version of 230 HP , i didn't see any 160 HP card. Nor did I see it in any TCG subreddit. So do u guys have any idea about M Rayquaza Ex ever having 160 or this just is not possible 😶 , thx a lot in advance guys.

fake card, set symbol is for wrong set
Fake. If you search Rayquaza tcg on Bulbapedia you’ll see the info for the actual card.
hate to break it to you that is a fake card, you can especially tell by the typo in the attack description and many of the fonts
