Been getting the kids into Pokemon and usually you pay a fee to enter and they gave us a pack, I'm sure they called it a "Prize Pack". Haven't been in a bit. Gone to a new place, paid to enter, they're playing now – but they don't get a prize pack… Then I've just spotted loads of empties in the bin.
Are they keeping them for themselves – what are the rules? I know MTG has rules about bonus cards that should be given out as prizes etc.
