Pokemon X SpongeBob?
I finally got these two together in the display 🙂
On the left, we have the new Starmie ex (Tera Stellar) looking majestic and powerful. On the right, we have the legendary Patrick’s Fishnets Topps Chrome.
Is it just me, or did the Pokemon Company low-key use Patrick as the reference model for this Starmie? The bipedal stance, the "hands-on-hips" energy, the absolute confidence… it’s uncanny.
One is a serious pull, the other is a childhood fever dream, but together they are easily my favorite duo in my collection.
Does anyone else have "twin" cards from completely different franchises?
