Opened my first pack of Pokémon cards in 25 years. Got this.

Had the OG set in the 90s as a kid (38 now) bought a random 3 pack today and got this awesome looking Pikachu. Im so lost on what to look for or what packs to even buy. Any help would be appreciated.
