Is this a rare mark for spinda??

I popped onto pokemon go today to do some catching and checking for shinies but since I was doing that I completed a field research thing and got a spinda as a encounter but ive never seen it with a heart mark before? Is it rare or is it just cause its valentines/day after valentines?? Thank you!
