Sometimes I just want to open the game QUICKLY and spin a poke-stop or check for a pokemon.
I'm not wanting to sit through a presentation of all my eggs hatching, my weekly challenge progress, my friendship levels increasing, a research encounter and a laggy slide show of my XP inceases followed by the 'lucky egg' option.
It lags the hell out of my game so my screen touches gets delayed. Today it ended up using a lucky egg for a meager 10k XP friendship bonus. The game 'thought' id touched the screen when really it was just the lag from an earlier touch before all the animations started playing.
I wish there was an option to manually toggle the egg hatching animations and weekly challenge rewards so I could just come on the game and do what I wanted to do within 10 – 20 seconds.
