I received this message from Niantic support but I do not see what type of raid pass have they added to my account. How can I confirm if I received a raid pass?

It is typically a green pass. But if your issue was with a remote raid it could be that.

How do you even reach them? I tried to contact them, because the count filter does not work in German, but there’s only that useless chatbot available
