Bro this Is the second time that happens, I wasted a remote pass yesterday for moltres only for him to escape, and that's totally normal because legendaries have very low catch rate, but this Is fucking unacceptable, I spent a second remote pass on Shadow Lugia only for him to be impossible to catch, I really hope the one involved gets a remote pass back or a Shadow Lugia encounter, idk if this happens for Shadow Ho-Oh ngl.
