I joined a lobby with 12 people 10ish seconds before the start and mega evolved my Pokémon. But the animation didn't finish before the start of the raid. After entering the battle, I realized the Kyogre health wasn't going down and there wasn't any other Pokémons.
Considering 12 people are more than enough for primal Kyogre and the number of ready players, I don't think all the other players left thinking it wasn't enough.
Has anyone encountered similar situations?
