So, I did a primal groudon raid yesterday. Everything was normal until the catch encounter, which i did not receive. I tried reaching support but they kept sending the same stupid automated message saying I was reimbursed already. I was NOT reimbursed. As the image shows, it did not say I caught groudon or that it ran away.
What should I do? Im annoyed because I spent all my coins and remote passes on groudon and didn’t get a single good iv or shiny. This may have been the good one.
