I did not notice a CP increase from mega level 3 to mega level 4, is this intended or is it on the back end? (First pic is 3, second pic is 4, you can tell from the energy totals)

Correct me if I am wrong…but the only thing it does, is giving ally’s Pokemon a boost in battle. That is it…and this costs 5000 Mega energy….
+2 levels but kalos tour is giving +5 to all megas
