I have just begun to create a national pokedex of just illustration rares and already have existing master sets with quite a few illustration rares in them all (totalling 5 binder I can take them from). Do I leave the cards in the master set binders or take them out to add into the national Dex binder. Just wanting opinions on what people would do?
