I gotta say sometimes I think I wish I had become a content creator so I could go to more of these events but it really doesnt seem like you guys get a lot of time to actually enjoy the events while you are there.

The new feature seems pretty basic right now, but I think this is just a baseline for other Mega Pokemon later and it'll get better stuff later.

Did you have any tips cause im new player and i have 3 friend. We couldnt do any raid cause of the best pokemon we have combine only 18k+.

It sucked not having my friend with me this year, but I did pass by a lot of YouTubers, Nick included, but it seemed weird to stop someone dead in their tracks, mic path, for a pic. Overall, it was really good with the exception of the raids being the way they were.
Time for rural players to get 8 phones…

10 years ago in 2016 when the GO started I was trudging around and catching every pokemon I could get.Level 32… Now after 10 years im back and my pokedex is full of Kanto.

This has been the worst event ever, 5 hours nearly 20k walked, only 3 shiny, one of those a pidgy. Nothing from raids incense eggs or tasks.
An absolute fiasco Niantic, hang your heads in shame.

The Kalos Tour for me sucked reallly hard! No shiny legendary, no shiny mega from raids, over 20 raids , over 1500 pokemons caught in 2 days, only 2 pikachu with costume, 2 starters, and 2 shinies I already had before like 3 or 4 times… I asked 30 people, 15 with passes they had really shity results, only 3 of them had really good results(20%), 10 legendary shy in 50 raids, or shiny halucha and shiny clefky…. the rest around 5 good shiny… and 15 crapy… and for no ticket people…. disaster… 2..3 shinies …. regular day… 30 raids …1, 2 or 0 shiny from raids… worst event or second worst from a shiny perspective in 2 years…. I had only 1 worser event only I played 1 day!!! Road to Kalos was better, from monday to fryday I got like 10 shiny, 1 really good… and played way less, 1h a day… lost my weekend….shame on the guy making the odds, shame on you!

I was also worried about not getting a hawlucha (one of my favorite new regional) but I got super lucky first 10 km egg I picked up was a hawlucha not shiny but a hawlucha non the less. Shiny furfrou is on my list of must get shinies. I clicked on more than 30, finally got one from research
I got 3 shiny non paid event for me aside from raids. 2 raid shiny and 1 research shiny. Lost remote raids on drag due to scummy ppl

I'd say that the only two things that made the event a frustrating experience were the shiny rates for raids and also the STUPID. EGGS. I could only get a handful of 10k eggs and those were ONLY. HERACROSS. the rest of the event i got nothing but 5k eggs, it was a bunch of BS. I just wanted ONE hawlucha, but I got none at all.
