Should i max a mon or double move it first? Rayquaza is lvl 40 with double move alr. I was thinking to add fusion bolt to black kyurem as there are not many electric type great attackers. Can anyone tell how can i check how good is black kyurem with freeze shock and fusion bolt? Any suggestions are welcomed 🙂
