Hey so I’ve been playing for quite some time now and I’ve had this quest and every time I get a rocket radar I always get Cliff show up. I fought him about 20 times now and Sierra and Arlo both haven’t shown up once I usually click on the hot air balloon whenever I have the rocket radar but is there a chance if I click on a pokestop or a gym hideout I could have a better chance of finding them?
