New to this. Doing it for my 5 year old. Do I need to protect any of these cards further?

Collecting for my son who’s 5. He loves it. His binders looking good but I have no idea when it comes to preserving these for him. He also has some 1st gen’s coming Monday which I assume I need to look after for him.

Any advice would be super appreciated.
