Are auto catchers in Pokémon GO really NOT worth it… or are people just using them wrong?
I’ve been seeing a ton of backlash saying the flee rate is too high and that auto catchers aren’t worth buying… so I decided to prove it.
In this video, I scroll through my 750 shiny Pokémon, and you’ll notice something crazy…
most of them were caught with regular Poké Balls (auto catcher) 👀
Red ball… red ball… red ball…
over and over again.
Sure, Pokémon flee sometimes — that’s part of it. But when you look at the bigger picture, the results speak for themselves.
If you’re grinding shinies, this might change your mind.
💬 Let me know in the comments — do you use an auto catcher, or do you think it’s not worth it?

Can we raid together
uh i am noob can u tell me how to get auto catch pls
Same. I use my auto catcher to get shiny Pokemon and yes most of them flees. My greatest catch ever was a shundo scorbunny in the wild by using an auto catcher.
It makes the game less fun and removes any gratification from getting a shiny in the wild
All mine are blue balls
How to get them?
I use my AutoCatcher a lot of the times that I wouldn't normally be playing anyway which are shinies I would have missed out on regardless
