I will definitely revisit this.

I’m guessing there will be no upgrade if you already own the game.

This is an absolutely baffling game on so many levels that it’s hard to even accurately describe. I honestly had fun with it and ended up getting the platinum trophy on PS4, mainly just because the movement was very fluid and satisfying.
But it’s just teeming with nonsensical design decisions, the art direction is completely incoherent, and the writing/voice acting is so grating that I just ended up skipping every single cutscene. Deeply bizarre game.

My Spanish is very rusty and this doesn’t seem to be the version of it that I know, but it looks like their source is…some guy on Resetera? I highly doubt we’re getting any kind of Sonic release in June when there’s been nothing announced by the beginning of April.

I can’t remember a game that I played 40+ hours and completed 100% (Platinum trophy) that I knew wasn’t great while I was playing it but at the same time I couldn’t stop. I really liked it and I still don’t know why.

Better have expanded fishing with Big. Give the people what they want, SEGA!
Sugar-Script-1337
Includes DLC SOLD!

Probably going to be a game key card so I’ll just wait for the inevitable 80% off sale.

Heck yeah I liked this game

After the shit they pulled with Shadow generations having no upgrade path available I’ll never buy another Sega game on Switch

40/60fps performance mode or no buy.
Sick of halfassed ports. If the Switch 2 can have performance modes on Cyberpunk, Fallout 4, and Resident Evil 9, it can do it on games like this or Kena or South of Midnight.
And if you’re thinking of replying with “ackshully 30fps is totally playable”, save it.
GameMask
I hope they offer a discount for owners of the game originally. It doesn’t seem like their output on Switch 2 did very well, especially Sonic x Shadow not having an upgrade path.

Listen…
I think it’s better than Mario Odyssey
