Found my old binder that had been missing for at least 10 years, opened it to this baby on the first page and took a psywave of nostalgia damage

So cool to see how the collecting has changed for the better and the worse. My buddy and I in 4th grade used to get 10 bucks each and ride our bikes across town to a gas station with 5 cent taffy taffy and cheap packs of pokemon cards, we'd buy a few and spend the afternoon eating candy, trading cards, arguing over the best pull. To me Pokemon symbolizes that era of pre-tech saturation when everything was a little more simple, like my personal Pallet Town
