Maractus evo

Here's a design I've made for a Maractus evo, themed after mariachi singers.

Now then, I need help for the following:

1. What would its name be?

2. It evolves from Maractus upon learning a new move*. What would it be called?

3. Writing a dex entry for it.

*The new move in question will be a Grass-type sound move
