I saw some other people make Pombon evos with big tongues, so that gave me confidence to post this.
Chowferno is based on the Barong, along with some other stuff from the Barong dance. The tongue being a reference to Ragna but also how dogs kinda have those plus ghost types usually have them as well (I'm aware Barong and Ragna are enemies, I just used both aspects of them for the evo, also I may be stupid :/)
I tried going for an intimidating yet friendly direction for them, since the Barong is king of all things good and looks pretty sick. also they're ghost type cause the Barong is also the king of spirits too.
