I am wanting to complete my vintage master sets of Base Set 2, Neo Gen, Gym Challenge, Gym Heroes, and Team Rocket and was thinking about how to go about it. I was able to pick up a bunch at some local card shows, but not many people had the vintage commons, uncommon etc. Would you reccomend purchasing cards from EBay or TCG Player? I am collecting them for person use in my binder collections, so I could care less about NM cards.
