Is this like a limited addition card, what is it?

I used to collect cards as a sometime ago but I never really knew what I was collecting I just valued them based on how much I liked the way the looked

And yesterday I decided to look through my old cards and I found this one

Don’t know if it’s a limited edition card or something of that sorts

Was wondering if maybe you guys knew
