right is Amalagon and it's pre evolution Scrapangle, which are are Steel/Poison and Steel type respectively.
Scrapangle are a genderless species and is a small pokemon who likes to roam quiet areas, searching for scrap to add to its welded and screwed together body.
Amalagon are Scrapangle who have retrieved a large amount of scrap along with other parts, thought by professors to be from other pokemon, such as it's wing/s or sludgy appendages, they also tend to be found near areas that are typically run down and devoid of trainers.
