Last week on March 29th I ordered a PSA 9 Dragonite Movie Promo, I have my acct set to autopay so payment was sent immediately and they shipped the card on the 30th to the authenticator. Tracking seemed normal-ish up until last Friday, April 3rd, but now the package seems to be lost, due to since that date there have been zero updates and it hasnt been marked as arrived by the authenticator either. Like for instance, maybe the package missed a scan or two but made it there and they could mark it as arrived but nope…The tracking is shown in the pics.
I messaged the seller and they said they have the same info as me, they dont have a tracking number for the shipment to the authenticator, which was a little strange to me but whatever. So my questions are as follows:
1) Has this ever happened to anyone else? How does this typically play out?
2) Will ebay mark it as lost or am I expected to mark it lost after April 15th?
3) How long did it take for them to reimburse you once it was agreed it was lost?
4) Did your item ever actual show up at a later date? Assuming it was misplaced and not a stolen “lost” item and if so, did they recharge you for the item?
5) Any chance of getting ebay to honor the price difference when I buy another listing? Because I am really disappointed I wont be getting this card and also doubt Ill get it at the same price again.

I might not be able to answer most of your questions, but i very recently had a package of cards in a similar situation where usps had my package on “in transit to next facility” for about 4 days, i had a similar concern, then out of nowhere it appeared in my local post office and arrived later than the original estimated date. My cards were cheap and not being authenticated though. Best of luck, hope your package didn’t get lost
I just had this happen when sending one of my cards to the vault and all was good! Hope the same for you!
USPS has been bad lately, it’ll eventually just start moving again.
I’ve had ebay orders be delivered, and the tracking doesnt even say it’s out for delivery. I wouldn’t panic too much especially since you are still in the delivery window.
