I think this absolutely phenomenal as a concept, but in practice I think you went a bit too far, you could definitely remove some parts and copy others to pair down the design, even Kimeramon had symmetry
You could definitely remove a pair of arms off the bat. Thr machamp arm and the golisopod arm could go. And then bring the aerodacyl arm wings down a bit. The electabuzz horns take away from the heracross main horn. These are not objective facts, just possible options.
