I've been playing Pokemon Pokopia everyday since its release and I just had to do something to stop it devouring me completely lol But man that game made me reminisce a lot and love Pokemon all over again. Sorry for the long text but Pokemon really has a special place in my heart. These are just some of my favourites from different generations and here are tidbits of info about them during my playthroughs throughout the years:
Aegislash – my destroyer number 1 during Gen VI, bred perfect IVs and even got a shiny from hatching eggs. Absolutely love its evolution line's design and concept.
Escavalier – one of my faves from Gen V, it blew my mind when I learned how its evolution goes and how much it differed from Karrablast. Shelmet looked like the one who would be its first form but it wasn't like that and it was really cool.
Dragapult – I didn't play Gen VIII but Dragapult's line caught my eye because of the concept lol Casually shooting out Dreepy from its head was quite unique! Those little speed demons are crazyyy. That's what made it my favourite of that generation.
Noibat – my destroyer number 2 during Gen VI, especially when it evolved to Noivern. I remember supertraining my Noiverns (yes there were a lot) back in the day and testing out different Natures/Abilities. Noibat is just too cute as well!
Toucannon – one of my destroyers during my Gen VII playthrough. I went with mostly Normal types during that run and Toucannon was one of my faves back then. I really liked the concept behind its beak!
Fuecoco – My partner in Gen 9! One of my favourite Fire Pokemon starters mostly because it has a really nice typing when it evolves into Skelledirge and IT'S [Skelledirge] NOT BIPEDAL.
