A few days ago, my game started experiencing issues. A red banner with 'GPS signal not found. (11)' is appearing, with a blank map and no pokemon, gyms or stops. I've also been unable to accept invites for the weekly challenge group, which seems unrelated to gps.
I did all the standard stuff to try and fix the issue and then contacted support, who told me to do the same stuff I had already done and a few extra steps. None of which has fixed the issue.
Seems strange that this hit just a few days ago and has persisted since, especially since I haven't managed to find any reference to the same issue affecting others. Am I the only one experiencing this, or is anyone else out there suffering as well?
