I caught a normal Stufful a long time ago, and it hasn't been that long since I set it as my travel partner so I could get more candies from it and evolve it since its stats are 100%. However, today I found a Shiny Stufful with terrible stats, and now I don't know whether to evolve the one with 100% stats to make it a Pokémon I would use in battle, or evolve the Shiny one simply because it's Shiny.
I play Pokémon GO casually, so I have no idea about the meta or anything like that.
