I saw a post that had a theory that Loppuny boosters drop SIR Chazards. I am not a believer of such theories, but thought to myself what the heck, let's give it a try. Picked 2 Loppuny packs from a open BB in our Local store, and well it did pay off!
BTW: I still don't believe in the theory, but testing it surely helped me!
