Pokémon : PokéCardex difference between normal/reverse/non holo

I just opened a booster and I want to save them into my PokéCardex app but I have no idea which version it is for the following two cards :

I have the normal or reverse option for the Dewgong – is it a reverse then?

And for the 🌱 energy, I’m lost. There is either the option Normal/Reverse or non Holo. And I have no idea what category is mine. And also I don’t understand the difference between normal and non holo.. could someone help the noob that I am?
