Don’t worry it’s sleeved lol, Not many people know about this variant, it’s the Japanese release 2000 JR West Stamp Rally NON-HOLO version of the meowth WOTC black star promo. Definitely the most rare variant of all the Wizards era black star promos. It was given out to people as a prize after they completed both sets of stamps from the gold and silver JR train line stamp courses. (gold line completion rewarded non-holo eevee and silver completion rewarded mewtwo, both black star promo variants sealed in a little booklet) All three differing from the regular WOTC versions. The lesser-known meowth never came sealed it just came in the card holder as pictured, with the little detail card telling about it (that I have in the back of the case). It also came with a set of stickers and some movie film frames, as well as a little book/pamphlet (going to get those as well when I can find them) I’ve been working for years on a very thorough master set of the WOTC black star promos plus all other Wizards era Pokémon promos, including a binder set and all original sealed distribution methods besides the 25 card cello packs, the 8 card cello packs for best of game, and the 4 card E3 pack of Kirby/manhole/japanese back English front hoppip and pichu. I will be posting it soon when I get the time, I was able to get the last two variants I’ve needed recently, this one and the 1st edition stamp Ivy Pikachu #1.
