I’m so confused. I was excited to get all the encounters from rank 19.

I was one win away from rank 19 and I won 4/5 battles, putting me to what I assumed was 3/20 wins to rank 20. I play the next set and won 5 straight and it promoted me to rank 20. I thought I should be only at 8/20 wins. Don’t have proof but that is my experience. I can say I have 117 total wins though. So that means between 111 and 117 wins gets you to rank 20.
