Fishy character stats from someone in my weekly challenge group?

First pic my stats. Second pic other guy. Almost double the amount of Pokemon caught with less then 3% of the battles won, while at a lower level. Am I right to think this is fishy/ proof of cheats? Just a random match made guy in my weekly challenge
