In this species the tail tip is supposed to be filled with an oily liquid that help the pokemon float… he should be sitting on it not having it on its head 🥲

I like this design. Personally, I would make the tail-ball the same size but give it spikes. Its Ability wouldn’t increase its Physical Attack as much as Huge Power, but would still increase it some in addition to a higher Crit chance.
