Misprint? Thai Terastal Festival ex (Prismatic Festival ex)

I am in Thailand and I'm collecting Terastal Festival ex.

I pull some cards from different boxes and from different sellers that are Masterball reverse hollo.

But the official Pokemon Website don't show that there are Masterball in this Set.

I am pretty sure those are not fake. I ripped one card and it's blue inside.

I also saw, that the Japan Version has Masterball, but Thai should not have.

I also found the same card I have on eBay sold

I have 14 of this Masterball cards.

I am shaking right now

I wanted to make a Ultra Masterset, never had the idea to make money with it
