I still can’t get over the word Gigaleak.

I just started coming to terms with Splooshkaboom and New Super Mario Bros. U deluxe.

Isn’t this like the third one in the past two weeks???

    >Along with the information and files that have already been leaked, from what we can tell, it seems like there is quite a bit more on the way soon. Members of the community had stated that they are sitting on heavy information, waiting for the proper moment to leak it, with one user stating that the leak would make the community “blow up”. At this point, we do not feel confident making any definitive claims as to who the exact leaker(s) is/are, but one thing seems clear – the leaks aren’t over yet.

Apparently the hackers also found a Nintendo employee’s porn folder lmao

The Wii Startup Disc is a big find. There’s several Wiis out there that are bricked without it, and this is the first time we’ve ever gotten a copy.

Oh my fucking god ***some dude at Nintendo stored his porn in a source code repository***

  8. Can’t wait for Modern Vintage Gamer to cover this one

The Office floor plan definitely points to this leak being more ill intended than simply a hacker going “hey wouldn’t iit be fun to find this stuff” and it was more like “let’s hack all the info we can from nintendo to know all about their future projects, consoles, work schedule, personal data, and then use it agaisnt them”.

That A/B and a/b on the remote is interesting. They did end up using lowercase abxy on the classic controller (as opposed to the A/B on the remote)

This shit just got real. If we are now getting Wii leaks, the man who is doing this has MASSIVE balls and this is an amazing if not a little terrifying event. So much shit is getting leaked man. Mario is not a very good plumber lmao.

How the hell did they get access to literally all of Nintendo’s shit? Do we know?

This is getting a little invasive, imo… It was all good fun at first, but this is starting to make me a little uncomfortable.

What unreleased games? Anyone have a list?

Is there anywhere that has all of the info from the leaks in one place? Preferably somewhere that isn’t just one long Twitter thread.

I thought We’ve seen those prototype controllers first

  17. So… what happens now? A ton of private company code and data has been stolen and is being disseminated online. It’s not limited to source code, and there’s more current data in every batch of files dropped.

On one hand, you can’t scrub this stuff off the internet. That genie is out of the bottle. There’s no going back.

But on the other hand, Nintendo has a responsibility to their emloyees. Emails, code comments, and physical location information shouldn’t be out there.

Is it illegal to distribute stolen data if you’re not the thief? Is there a version of this where Nintendo gets mad litigious successfully against the current distributors?

the real question is this: Did the porn stored on that server contain uncensored content?

I don’t care what kind of porn it was. I just gotta know. If this guy was thinking people would extra-extra not be looking, did he scrounge up uncensored stuff?
