Arven’s sync delay was intentional. I made a goofup with Protect timing and side cancellation, but Eevee surviving at 1 HP then flinching Suicune, and Lugia getting fully paralysed saved my run. The full para isn’t required though. I should’ve also hit Suicune with Arven since Juliana missed a crit once.

I think you can drop tech roll cake for Arven if you can get Brawn Sync, and more Atk stats. I have no use for his nuke since I already beat F27 so I built him to boost Juliana with the Circle and extension, instead of Brawn Sync.
