Is this a fair trade?

Hit forever friends with a lucky friend! Wondering if Kyurem for Shiny Gimmighoul is a fair trade.

I have a shiny Kyurem (and many other meta shiny legends) tagged for trade and was hoping for a semi-mirror trade.

I know shiny gimmighoul is limited release, does this seem like a fair trade?
