I’ve bought for what I thought is a pretty decent price for this raichu card,but I would like to know what condition would this be counted in since there seems to be some obvious wear? Thanks in advance for the help!(it’s just for a binder copy but I’m just more curious what this would be categorised in)

Looks LP+ / NM-. And only because of the edge having wear. But otherwise looks pretty great tbh
Depends on what standard you are using. You can actually go look up the TCGplayer condition guide which is what most people buying and selling cards online use as the standard.
