Help, what should I power up and max move for gmax venusaur?

I have Gmax Pikachu, Dmax Jolteon and Leafeon, but what should I power up and max out max strike? Idk which one will be better, I'm usually tanking only but I want something for DMG on :EDIT BLASTOISE
