For the energy cost, there’s no official term for Pokémon that require multiple types, as far as I’m aware
For the numerology of the card, anything with an improper fraction is a secret rare
For the letter I, that’s a regulation mark
The best name for the JTG is probably either an expansion mark or an expansion label, though I don’t think those have an official name either
For the weakness, I think when they have no weakness, it’s just called no weakness 😅
Finally, for the illustrator text, I think it’s just called the illustrator text

Extra piece of card. Edge zit. But most would consider this “fraying”. Some people have luck using painters tape to remove it, but do so at your own RISK.
