I’ve been playing consistently since Dec 28, 2022, and for the longest time I kept wondering when it would finally be my turn.
I’ve even seen it happen twice from the other side — a fellow trainer I lucky traded with got 2 shundos from me: a shiny Mankey and a shiny Zacian. Meanwhile, I was out here every Community Day and event quietly trying to manifest, “This is it. Today’s the day. My shundo day.” And it never was 😂
Even with the whole golden bottle cap craze, when everyone was using theirs on shiny Zacian, I used mine on Zygarde because of how much work it took just to fully evolve that thing.
Then today I was going about my normal business when I got the notification that my remote lucky trade was accepted.
I loaded up the app. Paid my stardust dues. Everything felt totally routine.
Then BOOM.
My lucky shiny Phantump reveals her 100% IVs.
My 1st ever shundo 🤩
I literally collapsed onto my living room floor out of dramatic happiness, my eyes started watering, and I was frantically screenshotting and texting my friends like an absolute lunatic lol
I’ve wanted this for so long and I feel like shiny Phantump is such a cool first shundo too.
